We have kept the front 20% of our 16,770m2 site free for a future commercial development. This site is flat, has excellent road frontage, and is easily serviced. We are looking for either a purchaser or business partners. We have thought along the lines of professional offices, cafe, nursery, but are open to any ethically aligned ideas that will be compatible with the environmentally friendly residential development we are undertaking behind.

Suppliers of products or services who want to benefit from this exposure may wish to sponsor one of the many products we are using. Materials,or services, must be non-toxic, and environmentally benign.
